General information
Participants who wish to contribute to the 46th IAD conference are invited to submit an abstract in English (1000-1500 characters). Please indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in a Book of Abstracts.
Participants are invited to submit full papers for publication in the digital Proceedings volume of the 46. conference. A template for preparing the publications will be provided after the conference.
Abstract Submission
All abstracts should be submitted by 15 April 2026. The abstract must be written in English.
Please submit your abstract to conf.iad2026@uni-nke.hu using the attached template, and indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation.
Authors are invited to choose from the following topics:
- Anthropogenically induced changes (hydromorphology, physical, chemical and biological components
- Monitoring of aquatic species and habitats
- Protected areas and biodiversity conservation
- Climate change impacts
- Integrated water management embracing riverine and terrestrial systems

Presentation Details
- Oral Presentations: Duration must be between 10–12 minutes. Two to four minutes will be allocated for questions, and one minute for speaker transition. Accepted file formats: .ppt, .pptx, .pdf. There is no slide template.
- Poster Presentations: Poster Presentations: Posters maximum size is portrait or vertical A1.
