Below you can find a list of accommodation options recommended by the organizers. These hotels and guesthouses are conveniently located and may offer comfortable accommodation for conference participants.
Please note that accommodation must be booked individually, and the organizers cannot guarantee availability.
Student residence hall of the Faculty of Water Science
Address: 12–14 Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street, 6500 Baja, Hungary
The student residence hall of the Faculty offers comfortable and practical accommodation, providing an informal and friendly environment that supports professional interaction and networking among participants. It’s close proximity to the conference facilities allows easy access to all scientific sessions and social activities throughout the event. It is located within walking distance of the conference venue.
Baja is a small town, so local buses run infrequently. Please let us know if you need help getting from the bus station to your accommodation!
Participants may choose from the following room types:
- Double rooms with 2 × 2 beds (four-bed/units), with a private bathroom and kitchen
- Triple rooms with a private bathroom, while the kitchen is shared and located in the corridor
The building is fully accessible and equipped with an elevator, ensuring convenient access to all floors. Please note that the building is not air-conditioned.

Main Hotel Options
Duna Wellness Hotel
A well-rated, comfortable hotel located right in the heart of Baja, close to the main square and riverfront. It offers modern rooms, on-site dining, and wellness facilities (such as small spa area). The hotel combines central location with relaxed, scenic surroundings overlooking the river and town centre — ideal for conference visitors.
Elizabeth Hotel
The hotel is located slightly farther from the conference venue, in a quiet suburban area. It offers on-site parking, and the university can be reached by car in approximately 10 minutes.
