General information

Registration is available at the following link: Ludevent registration

Participants are invited to submit full papers for publication in the digital Proceedings volume of the 46. conference. A template for preparing the publications will be provided after the conference.

Registration Fees 

All participants must pay registration fee prior to arrival at the Conference. 

Registration fees include: 

The fees include the conference; coffee breaks and dinners on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Participants, who would like to take part in the excursion (on 12 August 2026) must pay additional fee: 

Excursion (optional) 35 Euro 

The fee includes:

• Transport 

• Packedlunch

After completing your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. At the top of this email, you will find your unique Participant Reference Number (see image below).

When making the bank transfer, please include the following details in the payment reference/notes field:

Ref: #[your reference number], IAD Conference – [Participant’s Name]

Example:
Ref: #01, IAD Conference – John Doe

Including the correct reference number is essential for identifying your payment.

Please note that your registration becomes valid only after the conference fee has been received. Once the payment has arrived, you will receive a separate confirmation email stating that your registration is confirmed.

The payment deadline is May 15. We will not accept registration fees after the deadline.
